Synopsis

Sira, a young Fulani woman, along with her tribe crosses the desert to reach a village where her fiancé, Jean-Sidi is waiting to marry her. Suddenly, all the men get slaughtered by terrorists in the middle of nowhere.
The terrorist leader, Yéré, considering himself humiliated by Sira, rapes her and leaves her to die in the desert, alone. Left alone to her survival instinct, she shelters in a cave and discovers, from her viewpoint, that the terrorists’ basecamp is managed by Moustapha, her father’s best friend, and Yéré, her rapist. Between despair, bitterness and a thirst for revenge, Sira will have to get around her pregnancy and do everything in her power to derail the terrorists’ gruesome plans, while her fiancé looks for her… Three generations of women will reveal themselves: Sira, Aissatou, her mother along with Kémi, a kidnapped teen, held captive as a sex slave.
