Bio

Louis Darius SOUNG MEKE, alias Darius DADA is a Cameroonian teacher, photographer and ani-mation filmmaker. As a graduate professor of technical education, he teaches electricity, lighting, digital photography, drawing and special effects in various institutions, including the ENS Poly-technique of Yaoundé. Passionate about cinema and in particular animation, he obtained a 2D animator diploma from the IMAGINE Institute in Ouagadougou (Gaston Kaboré) and a "national animation certificate" from the SAE INSTITUTE in Cape Town (South Africa). He took part in va-rious writing residencies, in particular in Brazil, Morocco and in 2020 at Groupe Ouest (France), supported by the Young Francophone Creation Fund (CNC). Author of several comics and photo exhibitions, TWENTY TEN - 2010 is his 4th animated short.
