Synopsis
Claude is a hairdresser in Yaoundé and lives alone with Petho, her 15-year-old son. One morning, she couldn't find the sum of one million francs that the association had given her to deposit in the bank. Claude immediately suspects her son, who denies everything. She forcefully takes him to a police station. Refusing to file a complaint against her son, Claude corrupts the police officers and convinces them to keep her son in a cell overnight, promising to come pick him up the next day. The following day, to her surprise, her son has disappeared from the police station. She embarks on a desperate search through the city to find her son. Just when she is close to her goal, she discovers that he has been murdered. CLAUDE is the story of a bitter love, a loss of life, and also a return to life.
